I decided to book my flight online, went to panic after realizing that the itinerary I chose was not the same with the confirmation details that appear on my screen after payment has been accepted online.
Hurriedly phoned costumer service and informed them of the problem.
Lucky me, Charlie who answered the call help me to sort out the itinerary and assured me that everything was organised without additional charges.
I am so glad that I would be able to sleep well tonight and look forward spending time with my family
