At first it was quite scary that there were chances that I could have lost the ticket just for an omitted surname. But after few correspondence it was all sorted and my surname was added at no extra cost which I truly appreciated. Thanks to your empathetic team. I did not like the initial impression that your tickets are absolutely unchangeable no matter what. I think your tickets shoukd be a lot more open to changes and attractions.
