shoking!!! Not answer emails, not giving money back ...Dimple-liar, hiding now, and not answer my calls!!!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please don't ever use Travelup. The staff are rude, shout at you and put you on hold for no reason costing you a fortune. I can't go into details, but this company are despicable.Travel Up would say that a manager will contact me later, but this never ever happened. I have never seen such disgusting behaviour from any company in my life time. I am now filing an official complaint to ABTA.
