DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLL. I booked a flight with Travel Up which includes a connection. Several months later the airline moved the connection flight 30 minutes forward – this meant that I was no longer within the legal connection time (i.e. not enough time to make my connecting flight). When I spoke to the airline they told me that I need to liaise with my agents, Travel Up. Despite several phone calls, Travel Up would say that a manager will contact me later, but this never ever happened. Eventually they began to pretend to transfer me to a manager but would actually turn off the phone. Also, I sent several emails but Travel Up never responded to a single one. I have never seen such disgusting behaviour from any company in my life time. I am now filing an official complaint to ABTA.
