Only book with this company if you have a strong heart!

I travelled to Australia with Travel up as their prices were significantly lower than other providers.
I thought to myself 'how bad can it be as all companies have a certain level of responsibility' HOW VERY WRONG WAS I!
First of all I had to chase them for my e-ticket. Then my flight details changed and no body notified me! I only found out because luckily I had a friend booked on the same flight but with a different company who rang her to inform her. When I called then they assumed that I would be checking 'everyday' and did not think it serious that they had not told me.
Anyway they changed the flight for me which was g=fine, but did not tell me that I had to register with the airline too! When I called the airline and gave them a reference number they told me that there was no record of my booking despite me already paying over £1000! I went mad and nearly had a melt-down.
Speaking to the 'customer service' representatives is a joke as they can not speak English properly and pass you around to every person! They are the epitome of incompetent.
Anyway to cut a long story short I made it to Australia fine but on the way back I had a 20 hour stop over in Seoul and of course Travel up did not provide me with any information of accommodation, so had to spend ages contacting the airline directly. I guess things could have turned out a lot worse, but I promise you the whole experience was quite stressful. I think the reason why they are so cheap is because you end up doing their job for them Eg: phone calls, confirming bookings, getting info etc, etc.
Travel up- certainly not for the faint hearted!
