Just tried calling these people to book a flight. Eventually, I was advised that the flight I had on my screen were unavailable and the available ones were 20% more expensive. After querying it with him , the adviser just hung up the phone on me...

Amazing that people try to run a business like that.

Well, They have just lost 5 customers..and potentially £3000 of sales...
