Booked a flight with them and received confirmation but not e-ticket. Rang two days later and told all was well and ticket on the way. Rang again after 7 days and was told ticket was not available at the price listed and I would need to pay another £85 for an alternative flight. Claimed they had rung me the day after booking (the day before I called and was told everything in hand) but could not explain why they didn't send e-mail text or voicemail if they got no answer. Guy on the phone wouldn't even give me his name or advise which agency I could complain about them to.
No apology, no goodwill gesture. Just abrupt and rude Indian employees
