I tried to book flights through travelup. I found out five days before I was due to travel that they hadn't been booked at all. I called up to find out what was going on and I got a preprepared argument to why it was my fault that I had no flights. I would never, ever recommend them. They are aggressive and hopeless. I had to frantically look for flights at a much higher price from other agents to ensure I could still get to my friends' wedding in Dubai.

Another friend who used them for a trip to Egypt also said they were the worst company he'd ever used and would never, ever use them again. Be warned.
