“Great communication skills”

I'm new to TravelStay and wrote to the help section (info@travelstay.com). To my great surprise I got a very very quick response from Jonathan and he help me a lot to choose a hotel depending on my needs. Although I've visit many other booking sites, I finally decide to book from TravelStay as a customer, communication means a lot to win trust.
Hope everything goes well until my reservation date.
