Good points-the agent I spoke to was very polite, patient and accommodating. The only less good aspect is that she wasn't able to help with payment of a waiver visa that I had to fill in which entailed another call to web support. Otherwise,I experienced a very helpful booking. (read more)

I found Jane, my agent knowledgeable and helpful from the outset. She found flights quickly and didn't mind checking different dates and times to try and secure the best price. When i asked for time to consider she didn't pressure me but was readily available when I wanted to secure the booking. I contacted Traveloworld on Saturday evening and spoke to Jacob about my requirments. I paid on the agreed price. I then noticed the reviews and was extremely worried. Jacob contacted me 5 times with varied queries and assured me I would receive my e-tickets by Monday evening. Monday evening I received the tickets and confirmed with the Airline that I had been booked on the agreed flights. Jacob was efficient in his handling of my booking and would use again. (read more)

He worked quickly to get us the flights we wanted for five months hence, at the price we had seen - briefly - on the airline website. He couldn't quite match the price but came close enough to make no real difference, so we booked the flights. Booking by phone was a little more hassle than online, but the phone operator was pleasant to talk to and made the process easy. Although the ticket price was slightly higher than advertised, it was still far cheaper than going through the airlines themselves. Will definitely be using the website again! (read more)

Having searched for flights London/Orlando/London, two specific website offers caught my eye - Globehunters and traveloworld...reason? Well, for a start, the two companies share the same address and post code. Both were offering flight fares on specific dates, with major airlines (Virgin Atlantic and British Airways) at much lower than published fares.
