Booking a flight & arranging hotels on my travel to Africa

I dealt with one of the agents. If she is a reflection of the company's values then I can assure all those reading this review that travel unravel is a very helpful, professional, warm, transparent and more importantly, conscientious outfit. I had to deal with a lot of challenges prior to booking tickets for myself and family (i.e. lost a significant amount of money with a chartered flight operator that went into liquidation a week before my flight etc), hence I was looking for the cheapest reliable alternative option, so I hastily booked an Air Brussels flight, which was competitive by all accounts. However, I contacted travel unravel by pure chance and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me locate an even cheaper option that was just as reliable but with a different airline. A few days later there was the unfortunate and sad news of the terrorist attacks in Brussels which would have undoubtedly impacted on my flight, but for the intervention of this agent. Whilst I appreciate that all this happened by chance, one still has to acknowledge the part played by travel unravel which was all down to good old fashion customer services. So this is my story, this was my experience.
