I bought over the phone a flight from London to Perth, Australia. I wanted to have 2 suitcases and wanted to pay extra for the second one. I was offered to pay over £100 for the second suitcase and I agreed as I was going for 1 year and I needed extra baggage. 

After I paid over the phone during the conversation I was told as their system is down that I will not receive any confirmation for the payment or ticket via email today. I was fine with that. On the next day I still had no ticket or confirmation for the payment but the money went out of my bank account. 

As I had no email from Travel Unravel by the end of next day, I rang the Emirates to see if at least I have a seat on the plane as the flight was on the following day. They confirmed I have a seat, but only 1 suitcase paid for and not 2 as I was told originally by Travel Unravel. 

I could not get hold of them over the phone to find out why I was charged extra and had no second suitcase but found that I could not get hold of them. 

All night before my early flight the next morning I had to reorganise my baggage and leave half of it at home. They agreed to refund the money charged for the extra baggage but I have had no refund as yet. 

I found their services misleading and extremely unhelpful to say at least. I will never recommend them to anybody.
