My father who is 85 has unfortunately booked flights with this company that are unsuitable for his requirements. The agent has not listened to his needs or thought about the age of the customer. The email with flight details on sent to my father have no flight dates but do have flight times, my father not realising that he flys from london to Hong Kong with a 5 hour wait then Hong Kong to Brisbane getting in at 11.30 PM this means that he will then get into a strange country at midnight (at 85 yrs old) Really???
He then has flights to New Zealand and then returning back to London getting in at 5am he then has to get 2 buses back home to Somerset. I have been in touch with this company and they DO NOT listen to my concerns or my requests. They do not care if they are selling a flight that is suitable they just want to sell you a ticket.
They insist that my father has confirmed by email regarding the flights which he has, however, the email contains no dates for his flights!!!
I am now going to make an official complaint to the governing body to try to get this sorted. They are ripping people off. DO NOT USE.
