I was also worried after reading some of the complaints on here, So decided to try a few of the local travel agents to see if the could get anywhere near the price, I was prepared to pay £50-60 over the price quoted by travel-unravel for peace of mind but they were all hundreds over the price so i decided to bight the bullet and go for it, I did the booking on line and shortly after i received a confirmation e-mail to say payment had gone through, Three our four hours later i received a phone call from a very polite lady who went through the details to make sure everything was right she then said i would receive a e-ticket within 24 hours, Thia arrived well within the stated time, I immediately went to the Etihad web site and entered my details all was correct and flights confirmed, So no complaints from me and would defiantly use again.
