Now a days when you search on google you come across comparison sites, who are not selling themselves and the redirect you to some non professional agents. Because comparisons sites aim is to make money from advertisements. I tried skyscanner and cheap flights but both directed me to agents who off course will be expensive because they have to cover the heavy advertisement charges and most of the time will ask for little deposit which you will never get back. Finding a cheap flight to remote destination like Kigali in Africa is not an easy task, because of low compaction and many other reason. But We managed to get a great fare from Travel Street, thanks to Simon for helping us find the best price. The best thing I like in the company that they are not after taking deposits to con you. I would like to thank Travel Street UK particularly Simon for providing excellent services and prices for our travel to Melbourne. Simon was fantastic in getting us hotel in Singapore for overnight stay and gave us best advice. I will describe this company in 4 words. The staff is really HELPFUL and they gave me all possible options and fares for my travel to Australia. I find this company reliable and fast, they did not use any tricks like many other agents of displaying very low fare at the site and when you call them there is a hike in the fare. We got more or less the same prices advertised on the website. The tickets were delivered in around 15 minutes. I recently bought ticket for my family traveling to Pakistan and found the prices of this company around 30 pounds higher then i could have bought from other travel agent in my area. Even though berry was very helpful in making good connection but he could have done lot better to get me cheaper prices. I wanted to write couple of words to appreciate the good services i got from travel street staff. I was travelling to Harare with my family, I was struggling to find cheap flights to Harare when I came across this company, I was given very good flight option on and I find the connection and airline very good. I booked flights to Australia and hotel with this company and I was glad that I get very good services by the Agent. I was given flights with good connection time in Dubai and the hotel was excellent within my budget and reasonable price.
