Everything went reasonably well.
We paid EXTRA for a speedy shuttle to and from the hotel-airport.
when we arrived in Gran Canaria the buses hadnt a clue who to take or where they were going. We eventually got there.
On Return to the airport 2 weeks later, we were met with a large coach which was full of visitors, and another 2 pick ups on the way to the airport.
this was easily NOT the SPEEDY SHUTTLE that we had paid EXTRA money for.

The whole SPEEDY SHUTTLE option is nothing more than a scam, and im pretty sure it does not even exist as when met at the airport by TR not once were we asked if it was the speedy shuttle or normal.

Disgraced.
