After I've been using this company for the last 8 years with approximately 2 trips a year with out a problem this last trip they have let me down they made a mistake with my flights & couldn't fix the situation which resulted calling the flight operator myself at a cost of £90. I feel let down because they have been a faultless company. I travel 2-3 times a year aboard and now for the 1st time feel I may give them a miss and do it all myself. Sad times!
