Left us in the lurch after booking a shuttle transfer
Only to find they were going to wrong airport.
You would think they would know since we booked holiday with them. This happens at the last min.
Leaving us to find alternative transport when we
Landed. This cost us 200 euros not the 300 they
Quoted even though they admitted it was there fault
%100. Customer service not interested. Would not
Book again because of this.
