We encountered a problem on arrival which was sorted out very quickly and enabled us to enjoy the rest of our stay with peace of mind. The person who dealt with the problem was quick and efficient, and realised what the problem was very quickly. The person also checked that the other bookings we made through Travel Republic site were as they should be, so that no more 'holiday spoiling' events would arise. Very good service, thank you.
