On 10/06 I made a reservation at this website through Oops, I said that in less than 12 hours were to confirm the reservation, passing the time I get in contact with the hotel which tells me it has no reserves and tells me to do a new one. Use this time Logitravel confirming me immediately.
What is my surprise when I call to cancel the reservation, which was not confirmed, the Travel Republic who tell me they have sent me an email and it is already confirmed (that mail never arrived), when I call clean hands saying that the amount is not refundable. After three calls I get forward the confirmation email.
Saying they charged me € 1.24 in respect of deposit and refuse to even stay with it and stop collecting the rest.
