Having read all the bad reviews I was worried that there would be major problems as the lead name on our holiday form had to cancel as his wife was taken into hospital just before we were due to leave therefore leaving us without reservations for flights accommodation or transfers in our name, after a couple of phone calls as promised we were supplied with the appropriate paperwork and everything went without any problems.So I can only compliment Travel Republic on their efficiency.As with all companies you will get problems but in this instance I have none.
