I booked at hotel via this company in August. I checked that the booking was confirmed after being told by the hotel the booking did not exist in September and was told it was confirmed. Last week I attempted to book a table at the hotel restaurant only to be told I had no reservation at the hotel. The hotel sent copies of emails sent to the company stating they were fully booked and could not accept the booking but Travel Republic refused to listen. I am now left with no hotel for new years eve in Edinburgh and only a couple of weeks to find one-almost impossible.
They DO NOT reply to emails they do not call you back even when they say they will - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
