never ever again

Booking our hotel in Maroc via travel republic was a disaster... We arrived at our hotel and the manager told us that he hasn't received any booking. Then we called the travel republic hotline but they weren't available during weekend. Thus we called the hotel provider sun hotels. They tried to find a solution, called the hotel and the manager told them that the hotel was overbooked. However, he offered us a room for a price three times higher than the price we already paid in advance. Sun hotels promised us to send a driver who should bring us to another hotel but we wited for more than 3 hours before giving up. We had to get another hotel outside the city where we stayed the rest of our holidays. In order to go to the beach or the city centre we had to take a taxi (20 minutes taxi ride) which was also expensive.
At least we reched travel republic and they got us our money back. After our holidays we asked for a refund caused by the expenses such as more than 150 € telephone costs, taxi costs etc. But sun hotels gave us only 90€ back which is incredible.
I am so disappointed I would never ever book travel republic again!!!
