Booked hotel in May 2013 to go holiday in October 2013.2 days before we were due to leave,they e mailed to say hotel could only let us stay 11 nights and were moving us to another hotel, which was not suitable as my husband is disabled.They said they would refund us cost of hotel,however as we had booked flights and transfers with them they refused to refund the cost of this which was £400.They couldnt have cared less,i was put through to 4 specialist departments who they said would help,each time i had to go over what they were doing,not one of them were of any help.I ended up finding accomodation myself which was cheaper and they would refund me ,19 days later i am still waiting on refund.Also they refused to ring me.saying they dont do outgoing calls.I was on phone to them for over 1 hour trying to get things sorted.I have used them many times before and had no problems,but i will never use them again,the attitude of every member of staff i spoke with was just awful.
