Booked a hotel with them with a promise of a free upgrade to an executive room 3 months ago. Two weeks before traveling, received an email from the hotel stating we wont be getting any upgrade with no explanation as to why.
Hotel now ignoring all correspondence and raising a support ticket with travel republic just gives me an "ooops, we have a problem raising a ticket". Been like this for a week now and still not fixed. They dont seem to answer the phone either so now stuck with a hotel room wholly unsatisfactory for our holiday.
