We booked our holiday online and this was followed up very quickly with a telephone call. We later added our transfers to our itinery and this worked so well with no problems what so ever. the agent on the end of the phone ensured we knew exactly what to expect.
We were initially disappointed when we checked in at the hotel with the room allocated to us but would recommend you read the small print and check the confirmation with what you thought had been requested. We ommitted to do this and it was not quite what we had hoped for.
Later we made a separate booking for our son and his young family and the staff again were most helpful the only criticism is that we did not get child meals on the flight!
