After some bad publicity on the BBC we were concerned about our booking - in particular the allocation of the hotel - complaint on the BBC was that last minute hotel changes were common.
We should not have worried the hotel was as booked and we had an excellent room overlooking the pool. We had British Airways flights with massive 23kg baggage allowance, 2 pieces of hand luggage and free child car seat carriage - fantastic.
Booking process was easy and confirmation e-mails were received in good time including reminder that final balance was about to be taken.
Not sure what else TR could have done to make the experience better perhaps making it easier to contact their staff via phone and perhaps better trained staff. We did try and confirm everything was ok with the hotel but the reply given was not that reassuring. It was this that stopped me giving a 5 star review.
