Our booking for 3 night did not match the hotel booking which was only 2 nights which did prove difficult on arrival.
This was updated by reception but our room key card were not updated so we found ourselves locked out of our room when we returned on Sunday evening. At check out again we were presented with a problem but the hotel said they would contact you or your agent directly. They also mentioned a hotel tax fee was due which were were not aware of and they wanted us to pay for an extra breakfast. We did not pay for this.
We would like to say that the hotel was lovely and ideally situated for our short stay. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. We had a fantastic short stay and would return to the same hotel.
