seahorse deluxe hotel

this review is the truth and im absolutly disgusted with the whole stay there im 27 weeks pregnant n the whole week was put through so much stress!!!

we finally arrived at gone 11 o'clock sunday 11th aug, got to the reception to try an fob us of with a family room for 4 of us who had payed for 2 totally seperate rooms, just so they could save on rooms and have an extra room for there 'OWN' (TURKISH) so i argued about that and told them i wasnt being put in a family room. so we carted all our cases back down the stairs to reception for them to take 20 mins to sort two seperate rooms out. me and my partner went to look at the first one. at the very top of the buliding up some cage like spiral staires very dangerous. why my sister n her partner went to look at there room, by this time id had enough from travelling all day an settled with this room for the night.

monday 12th aug.
woken up went to go down stairs to the pool for the stairs to take me a good few mins to get down i can barley see my own feet from being pregnant never mind sum tiny staircase especially with it having no natural light coming through to help you see! so after spending most of the day struggling everytime we went to go up to our room. my partner decided to go an speak to the 'USELESS' rep (jess) to asked to be moved. after an half hour disscusion and her turning round to us making out they never new i was pregnant or they wouldnt of put us there they finally moved us. around 11 o'clock dinner time-ish.
this was to a ground floor room around the back so we thought ok this should be ok no stairs or hassle getting our cases around. so over we went opened the door to be fully smacked in the face by the smell of raw sewage it was that bad i had to stay out side why the rep was explaining why it smelt so bad so we again payed for this room to have a/c to try an freshen the room up. we was told to leave it on for a hour so we did.
around 1 o'clock we called back to the room for it to still smell foul!! as we was lookin around the room properly i moved the curtain from the window to discover masses of damp all over the wall along the skirting board! by this time i was fuming so back to the rep we went.. told her everything about this room so she went to reception to sort another room out witch by suprise they had non so they offered us an upgrade haha yes an upgrade at an extra cost each night!!!! they said we've got to pay to be moved out of a room that is no way near up the any persons standards never mind a 5-6* holiday! so then again standing around arguing that we was not paying an wanted a room now! they finally gave in to say we will see what we have at 2 oclock when people check out.
so we had to wait around to see if they had any other rooms!

finally 2 oclock came, they had a room on the 2nd floor of the building which had a seperate bedroom an seperate kitchen both with a/c in but this had no fridge for us self catering people, id given up by this time and just stayed with this room. so payed for a/c just in the bedroom left our cases there an finally went to the pool.
around 3ish my partner returned to the room the bedroom to be still boiling so tryed to explain to the skivvy boy who worked there to sort it out, dint have a clue what we was saying to him so wen got a/c for the kitchen thinking it would eventually blow through into the bedroom but the weather was that hot it didnt. that night we went to get in bed we couldnt sleep in there so we had to take out two single yes single ROCK HARD back breaking mattresses of the beds n put them on the kitchen floor were the a/c worked. we slept there for the rest of the week.

through the week we were finding so many faults in this room a large bundle of live wires above the kitchen work tops not even with tape over the copper was exposed. in the shower cubicle right next to the shower head was a broken tile with a live wire bended back in to the wall. very dangerous. my partner being an industrial electrician new they were live by pulling them out absolutly apaulling !
in my sisters room there was a block of wires to do with the a/c which never had a cover on!

a girl from the same block had been elctrocuted in the bathroom by the hairdryer in there if this was n england they would get sent to hell for even having a plug socket in the bathroom how stupid are these people.
monday night the bartender m-jey had a full on fight with a english bloke to do with his girlfriend he smashed a beer bottle and sliced the english lads face kicked him in the pool twice he was a right mess!!! this looks really good on the there hotel especially when all the bartender got told to do the next day was stay in his room out the way! would he of not bin sent down for this in england? errm yes!
the poor lad was on the way to catch his flight home that evening too!
we asked people to clean the pool they just look at us gone out.we asked for towels an bed linen all week to never got any!!! why have people working in a so called hotel were they no english people are going to go an not be able to understand us!
the day people was going they was charged on the stupid pathetic wrist band system for stuff they had not even had!
people were also falling for the you need to pay to upgrade to get a better room even tho they had been put in the wrong room from there begining! rip of! ive never been so upset angry the lot on a holiday what is nothing like the website! i want somthing doing about this the amount of bad reviews people have given this place an not one thing has been done. i will be making a formal complaint to travel republic for the terrible stay all four of us had there!
there is so much more to be said but id be here all day
