We had problems rebooking our travel with you when our flight was cancelled last minute, your agent tried to stop us booking another fligh until the next day, but we ignored her advice and booked, the following day we checked online and all the seats for the flight we booked by perserverance had gone, had we taken you agents advice we would not have had a holiday at all, also when asked about the hotel we booked (this booking was an extension we had to do ourselves) was still avialable we were told that they would look into it, after 24 hours we had call several times only to be told to wait again, luckily we booked the extra days ourselves, as your agent had not got back to us after 3 days. we also had to re book transfers as your agent said the transfers had been cancelled and there was nothing they could do to re book, so i had to do that by myself as well, so your agent tried to stop us booking our flight, hotel and transfers, I do not think that this is very good public service, do you?
