I am currently having the worst experience with travel republic. They have advertised a hotel they apparently do not have the right to book people into, sent me an email saying the name of the hotel had changed to cover this up, told me we will be staying in a lower star hotel on the same site (not what we booked) and then basically said there is nothing they could do about it. I have been trying for weeks to get someone to sensibly deal with this. My calls do not get logged on the system, people do not call when they are supposed to. I told them not to take the balance of the money until this was resolved, and they took it anyway. Not good.
