It was a very easy website to use and once finished all the documents I needed to print were available within a few hours. I feel the documents could have been in a more printer friendly format. The airline's boarding passes were much more printer friendly.
The descriptions of the accomodation and its location were accurate so there were no unpleasant surprises.
The only negative was the transfer bus from the airport, there were lots of different drop offs so although the hotel is only about 20km from the airport the transfer journey took an hour and a half.
