We have always had a good service from Travel Republic, however, when I tried (via the customer service request) to have some details for our recent flight emailed to me I was told more than once it had been done.
This became frustrating as I needed the paperwork at check in. I asked for the date the email was sent but was just told it had been sent!
I had to make a phone call to have the email sent in time.
I received no apology for the lateness of the paperwork - just an insistence that the email had been sent!
Some training is needed in customer relations here!
