I made this booking earlier in the year, I think your website is brilliant, very easy to use and I found it truthful when describing destinations. I had a couple of queries so used the online questionnaire. I found this quite difficult to use as it kept timimg out but I fuinally managed to get my query through.I had requested a first floor room but was put on the ground floor. Easyjet were great but if I were you I would ditch A2B transfers.
We were collected from the airport in Sharm el; Sheikh and driven to the hotel. The driver stopped on the main road and we had to disembark there on a poorly lit road with vehicles passing on either side,it was dangerous. The driver should have driven into the hotel complex, what really annoyed me was the fact that he demanded a tip, he did not get one. On the return let we were collected 3.5hours before departure for a 15 minute trip to the airport.None of this is Travel Republic's fault but thought I would let you know.
I would most certainly use your company again.
