“Run down and not child frienly”

I would never go back to these apartments again, they were run down and do not deserve the 3 star rating you gave them. The pool was dangerous for children, no depth markings and no shallow ends. The maintenance left a lot to be desired, no light shade on the light fitting in the lounge it was in a cupboard. The towels we were left with were only fit to use as floor cloths very threadbare, the hob had only one ring working and the pans were only fit for the bin.
