Arrived at Sheraton on the Falls Hotel to find no reservation details. I was asked to phone travel republic, they said they would send a fax over to hotel, but hotel said they didn't receive it. It was very frustrating and after long queing and telephone calls they said it was sorted, but i still don't know for sure if i was double charged.
