Everything from booking to arriving was straight forward, we were well informed by email and text of any changes to our booking, our only dissapointment was flying Ryan Air which was like a cattle market - in future would pre book our seats. Collection at airport in Krakow was excellent, we were straight out of the airport and on our way within 30 minutes of landing, the driver spoke excellent English and pointed out all local knowledge of the area. Staff were very welcoming at the hotel, the rooms were large and clean with coffee making facilities, situated near to town Square, lots of shops, bars and restaurants.
We did two tours to Auchwitz and a Salt mine, these were both well worth doing. We have used Travel Republic in the past and will again in the future.
