A problem with Mastercard issuer meant that I tried on 3 occasions to complete my booking failed.
I rang Travel Republic who checked that no money had been taken from my card
but advised me to contact the finance department the next day.
I did this the next day and learnt that no booking had been made,so I then made a booking which went through without any problem.
The 2 staff that I spoke to both were really helpful and took pains to check
everything that was possible.
Extremely pleased and will use again.
