“All expectations met!”

We booked on Sunday and flew on Tuesday. Paperwork etc was easily accessible and emails sent quickly and efficiently.
Would just remind all to read through everything, we nearly missed out on having to check in on line with the air company but a second read through of all details made us aware of this. Perhaps some kind of checklist of what you need to do once booked in the confirmation email would help. Eg. Passport print off details checking in line etc
