“Poor response time”

I am in the throes of trying to book a flight, hotel and transfer using Travel Republic but while flight and transfer immediately confirmed 2 days later my hotel is still not confirmed and won't be until tomorrow (I'll believe that when I see it). As other hotel providers can accept bookings immediately I find this delay a ridiculous length of time and an unnecessary stress for me. I've never experienced such a delay in the past with any accommodation booking and it shows lack of ambition in customer service.
