“Travelrepublic came good”

I have booked numerous holidays with Travelrepublic. I had a problem this time when booking as the total amount shown when providing card details was different to the amount taken. This appeared to be admin charges for Ryanair. I emailed to advise not acceptable 2 responses were a long time coming but said that it was ryan airs charge. I then emailed again and got a very nice response and thank you for highlighting a potential problem they may have. So Travelrepublic came good in the end! Just need to respond quicker! as this took nearly 4 weeks to sort.
