Second year in a row have booked our flights and apartments through Travel Republic and are extremely pleased with there overall service and performance.The staff are polite ,pleasant, informative and effienct. There prices are the best around.Our first time in Lanzarote, arrived lunchtime in an unexpected heatwave.Was not happy with the lack of information from transfer office assistant (she stabled a card with no information on it to our paperwork.No coach number!! and very grumpingly waved us away,only shouting 'Go to the right'. We joined a long queue of new arrivals with our luggage on a walk up a very steep walkway to coach area.( Lift was broken down) We were left standing in an unshaded area in 40 degrees while the local drivers argued over who was taking who to where.!!!!People where fainting from heat/ exhaustion. So in future we will get a taxi as it would not have cost anymore than the coach,and there was an abundance of them right outsde arrivals. Other than this our holiday was most enjoyable and would book again through Travel Republic.
