We went to Barcelona and pre-booked a shuttle service from airport to hotel. On arrival we were told the shuttle was full and we'd have to wait an hour for the next one so we took a taxi. Owing to confusion and delay over return pick-up time we decided to take a taxi - still awaiting compensation. Hotel had only reserved one room when we had booked - and paid for - two rooms. Fortunately we had booking forms to confirm our booking and the hotel had spare capacity! Airline booking was 100%.
