Travel Republic is the the worst company I had to deal with in my life!!!
2 days prior our family vacation Travel Republic said that hotel we booked in March (and now is middle of May) is over booked and we have to stay in different hotel OR I 've got a choice of 3 options:
a) Accept the change as detailed above.
b) Cancel your accommodation booking with full refund.
c) Book alternative accommodation through our sales team at the price currently displayed on our website.
And this is 2DAYS before our trip!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband and I were on the phone with Customer Support 2 days and nobody would help us, they were just and ONLY passing our calls to collegues, to sales department and to change control! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
They provided the worst service I have seen in my life: NO updates, NO support, NO calls back, NOTHING!
We rang them 7 times in one day and 5 times in the day of our departure.
And only 5 hours before our flight they sent confirmation of hotel we had to stay at! Totally unacceptable! And also they never upgraded our room for inconveniences, they actually wanted us to pay for a parking in the hotel they suggested!
I will make sure my friends and family will never travel with this irresponsible company!!!
