Booked a "holiday" with TR to Majorca. No mention in the screens that the airline was Ryanair. Took my booking and my money.
48 hours later got an email that flight cancelled.
Called TR to be told "problems with system" Best book direct with them.
Re book direct with Ryanair. Luckily seats available.... but at £60 extra! No choice.
Contacted TR on my return (Hotel fine as it happens). They just hide behind the usual T&C.
MORALE OF THE STORY
BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS DIRECTLY WITH THE LOW COST CARRIERS.
You get no protection with these people as they are just agents. Your contract with hotel/airline. So why give these people commission for taking your money?
