When I needed to book an additional night at Enotel (from 4 to 5 nights) the cost was so high via Travel Republic that I booked a different cheaper hotel via Travel Republic. Once at Enotel, I was advised that they did indeed have a room for my 5th night at a much cheaper rate so I booked this direct with the hotel. When I tried (with three days' notice) to cancel the one night at the other hotel, Travel Republic advised that I would receive no refund despite the notice I was giving. This I was not at all happy with. I am very disappointed that I had to also pay the second hotel for a room I no longer required.
