Having always used a local travel agent this was my first experience of using an internet based company. The website was easy to use with clear options and plenty of choice. The prices were better value than my usual method of arranging a holiday and it included a four star hotel. Other than flights and hotel I also used Travel Republic for a pre-booked transfer to and from the hotel - there were instructions about meeting the shuttle but they were a bit confusing and it took some time on arrival to find the driver and to confirm my pre-booking. However, overall a very good experience and good value for money.
