This is more of a rant about one advisor than the praise to another who came to my rescue. I was given the most appalling service by the first advisor.. from fake promises of sending me emails that never showed up, to blaming me (the paying customer) for confusing him that he does the wrong thing..(I thought your job was to find out what the customer needs exactly and not make assumptions of any kind and therefore no confusions). I was upset that it was he was trying to say that its my fault and dragging his feet when he knew that he was in wrong.
Anyways, the second advisor did in 30 minutes everything that it took the other oen 3 and a half weeks to sort. Nevernind the waiting period, he was rude to say the least and only interested in getting sales to his name. I am glad for people like the other advisor who show care to their customers and strive to make them happy.
