Thanks for helping us finding tickets to Africa. The person who helped was very understanding and polite and reacted almost immediately on my phone calls, emails or chats. They were very helpful and relaxed, even after my bank transferred not enough euros because they used the wrong currency. This would have been good to know beforehand that I could not pay in euros. This made everything a little problematic at the end. The prices that were discussed before we made our booking were clear and there were no extra costs somewhere hidden for us. Another tough point was that paying by creditcard costed us 3% on top of it, which I think should be without extra costs.
