I contacted travel center in the hope that I would receive help in locating flights with the carrier I wanted to give the additional baggage allowance and at the times and dates I preferred and at the price I hoped was achievable.
Having set out what I hoped to get I was reassured by a very pleasant and helpful service assistant that he would do his best to find what I wanted.He spent quite a time sorting through the options and arrived at a package that was right for me.
The attentive service then given in reserving seats and emailing details for me to check before the reservation was made was first class and I could not have wished for a more personal service.
On receiving the e tickets I again received a call to make sure they were all correct and as expected.
This level of service is hard to find and I can only recommend this to others.
